The Mitchell Mystery Reading Group has launched!

This week, the first blog entries were published to celebrate the group reading event of The Mystery of a Butcher's Shop (1929). I'm delighted that so many people are participating, and I have been hearing very positive comments about the discussion and the topics being explored. It's a bit of work, but it's also great fun to put together.

You can find the first two posts here:

If you wish to send along some comments for later chapters, you are welcome to do so. Here's the timeline; email me your thoughts by the prior Monday before midnight:

Wed. November 14, blog post to discuss Chapters 7 ("The Tale of a Head") to 12 ("The Inspector Has His Doubts") Wed. November 21, Chapters 13 ("Margery Barnes") to 18 ("The Man in the Woods") Wed. November 28, Chapters 19 ("The Skull") to 24 ("The Murderer")

And if you would like to comment on a topic already being explored, please do so by adding a Reply/Comment to the blog page itself. We will be happy to keep the conversation going!
