News of the next Mitchell Mystery Reading Group coming soon!

Over at my jasonhalf.com site, I had a great time in November 2018 moderating an all-readers-invited Internet discussion of Gladys Mitchell's lively 1929 mystery/farce, THE MYSTERY OF A BUTCHER'S SHOP.

For my next selection, I'm planning to announce a GM title from the 1930s. You can expect an announcement before the end of this month, and reading will likely take place over four weeks in April or possibly mid-April to mid-May. I'm trying to figure out the logistics with work and other writing projects!

In the meantime, revisit your favorite Mrs. Bradley mysteries from that decade and enjoy this photo of the author, which appeared on the back jacket of the Penguin reprint of THE LONGER BODIES, a 1930 tale republished in 1947.
