Introducing the Mitchell Mystery Reading Group!

Hello mystery fiction readers and Gladys Mitchell fans (and those discovering her writing for the first time) --

I am thrilled to announce the launch of a new, interactive reading event: the MITCHELL MYSTERY READING GROUP! In November, I invite everyone to read 1929's lively Mrs. Bradley tale THE MYSTERY OF A BUTCHER'S SHOP and join an ongoing discussion with other readers.

How will this happen? I'm hosting the event over on my site www.jasonhalf.com. In brief, each week in November I will call for reader observations and responses to a group of chapters in the book; I'll then incorporate the comments in a blog post and discussion can continue in the comments section. Please check out the blog or follow this link to see the details.

I'm very excited about this project, and I would love to hear from readers who want to read (or reread) this great early mystery from Gladys Mitchell. Tell me what you think!
